Their design team creates a high-resolution graphic. MT UV DTF machine prints it with CMYK+White UV-curable ink onto a clear, adhesive DTF film. The white underbase layer is crucial for opacity on dark-colored items.
The printed graphic is immediately coated with an all-in-one laminator, ensuring a uniform, strong adhesive layer.
For each order—such as custom-designed Bluetooth speakers, curved smartphone cases, or branded metal water bottles—the team cuts the film to size. They use a soft squeegee, remove air bubbles and ensure conformity to curves and edges, then precisely apply it to the product.
A final pass under a strong UV light fully cures the inks and adhesive, resulting in a scratch-resistant, waterproof, and vibrant finish. The protective film is peeled away, revealing a seamless, "direct-to-object" print quality.
